Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you don’t, even if you just change your mind, simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Send it to us at the web order address below. Whatever makes you happy is always best.

To return an item you’ll need a few things:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You have 30 calender days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your receipt or proof of purchase.
A note with your contact number, return address and what you would like in exchange for the returned item(s).
We will contact you if we have any question on the return.

Return by mail to: The Highland Cleaning Company, 7807 E Greenway Rd, Ste 4, Scottsdale, AZ, 85260. Once we have received the items we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

Shipping – you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items – if you receive an item that is damaged, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at 480-361-8959 before returning the product.

Order Confirmation – are sent to the email address that you provided to us during checkout.

International Shipping – we accept orders from international guests who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. We are unable to ship internationally, but hope to offer this service soon.
